Excellent location. The vine in that region is excellent. I used to work near Livorno and Pisa. To me, one of the best regions in Italy That house has a lot of potential for a B&B. I miss Italy so much....good luck selling the property.

Just a little advice when it comes to showing property. Don’t start with all those little dark mechanical areas and storage rooms. It’s not interesting if you are trying to get viewers to watch the entire video. More about the finished living areas and outside property.

That would depend on how you remodel. Costs in Italy are generally lower and historical buildings can’t be architecturally altered that much so interior upgrades would come in less than what you think, on this building.
