@@fredretteketet exactly! The vendor is very negotiable so I feel it’s an absolute bargain at this stage and someone could renovate parts of it at a time, if they weren’t in a hurry as it’s very liveable immediately. Thank you so much for your comments! 🥰🤗🙏🏼

There are lots of places throughout the village where people park their cars. It’s all free parking. We usually park about 50m from the house.

Hello. Your are certainly seeing the sights in England while all the work is being done - very expertly back in Chianni!! The best of both worlds aside from rain in the UK It wouldn’t be an authentic visit if it didn’t rain 😅😅 Can’t wait to see the more interesting ( for me) decor vlogs in your cantina! Good luck with everything. Anne ( in Spain now but soon back to the UK before relocating to Italy!!!) Yes, I finally bought a house there. Completion date is mid Sept.🤞🤞

I returned to Athens when older, for work but I’ve always wanted to return and visit the islands, so maybe one day when our renovations are complete, we will manage to return. How Italians live during the days of Palio. How proud they are for their tradition ! If you have the chance my dear friend try to feel the atmosphere of Palio. It is something unique. Believe me. It takes place on the 16th of August each year. O

Even here in Chianni we have some fabulous festas and Sagre which are wonderful traditions! I love it so much 🥰♥️🥰🇮🇹
