While the music played and the birds chirped all five of my dogs settled down near the TV. Music soothes the savage breast! ❤️

2:00 this is just a hit piece on cats. No, climate change and deforestation are the reason for this. Not cats. Don't blame cats for being cats.

Cats killing birds is nothing compared to humans destroying their habitats. Have had cats my whole life, never once did any of them bring home a dead bird. Vole or mouse? Yes, never once a bird. Mom always loved birds, fed the birds in winter and knew every species of bird by it's song. We even raised 2 baby robins when we were kids (at different times) feeding them like a mother bird would, taught them a song. They would hang around for several years in the yard, then disappeared. Hopefully both lived good lives... Song we taught them? "The worms crawl in, the worms crawl out." lol! They would come and land on our finger when we whistled that song! Mom passed in 2019 at 93, sold our beloved house in 2020. We miss her so, and I'm sure the birds do too!

Beautiful story. I too have had cats in my life for many years. Lived next to a wooded area and had bird feeders visited every day with nut hatches, finches, chickadees. At one time I had six cats and not one of them ever killed or brought a dead bird to me. However, a couple of boys in the neighborhood got wind of my feeding birds. Soon they brought first bebe guns and then regular guns trying to pick off a few of my friendly birds. The cats never killed the birds but the human idiots sure did. Ruined my paradise. Was relieved to move out of that place so I wouldn't have to witness how cruel human beings can be. I miss the birds.

Well...cat's are predators, it's in their nature to be. I've had a few cat's of my own who would bring me 🦎 geckos, snakes, and birds in their mouths. The snakes and birds died the geckos I was able to save from my cat's mouth. My cat's thought they were bringing me gifts! No Joke. They were Ferrell cat's that I saved and got along with my two Schnauzer AKC dog's There are millions upon millions of Ferrell cat's around the globe. Cat's can climb tree's also. I've had bird eggs dropped from their nest due to either cat's and or YES! OWLS. Owls are night time predators who sneak up on their own species, plus mice, squirrels, rabbits, and yes bird eggs, and small dog's. I've seen it with my own eyes. All creatures of their DNA Habitat. Research on Google, or Wikipedia. ... animal prey. However, climate changes haven't helped either. It's a combination of the fight of the fittest with all animals.
