Thanks, supporting the tribe is very important to me. While there may be a trillion Civil War titles, For The People is now One Score (twenty years) old. I am not sure that everyone knows this and that I still regularly play it and I am still trying to help new players have an easier entry into the design. My design philosophy is based on the Long View (see what I did there).

Thank you so much for posting this. It really cleared up river rules for me. My friend and I are going to be trying this for the first time tonight and I’m looking forward to it. That being said, I think I’m now confused about how to spell missippi and will need another tutorial video later. 😂

I'm glad you liked the episode Mark. I was hoping to do some justice to what I consider to be one of your magna opera. I actually wanted to be better prepared in the week leading up to the podcast but family health situation meant I had limited prep time and I missed several points I wanted to make. I'm planning on teaching some more people this game soon and I will definitely use this video as it really makes the riverine system clear and then I can just fill in the blanks where they have questions.

Question for you on Strategic Movement, please. Does it cost an 1 extra Strategic Movement point to move an SP from a space to a space with an Army and then add it to that Army's SP's? Thereby making it a cost of 2 SM's to move the SP?. Thanks.
