Jumping off high diving boards was never a problem for me. Always had fun with that. Ironic that you chose THAT as an example. But there exist a MILLION OTHER things I AM afraid to do. Including asking for a job.

Oh my gosh this resonates with me so much! A lot of the time I hold myself back because of fear. I feel like I’m not good enough, but because I know I feel like that I force myself to do things as much as I can. I may grit my teeth and think ‘ahhh why am I doing this? 😂 I feel so uncomfortable’ but usually once I’ve done it I’m so glad! Feel the fear and do it anyway! 😩😅😆💪🏽 Xx

Hello Sam! I am watching this video, in a period when I have launched my very first blog. So, I have intense fear and thoughts such as "Is there a single one person out there, interested in what I have to say?" "Will I be able to come up with a new idea for a blog post, often enough so I can attach more people?" , "What if something I will write makes some people angry or they disagree with me and so they attack me?" And the list is pretty long. There are days when I feel SO excited about this new step, but there are also days when I feel that there is no point in all this. So, thank you for this video. It totally changed my mind in a better way and you gave me the courage to keep going. Sending you lots of hugs and love from Greece. Keep up the great work
