I was listening to your conversation with Aaron about MTB riding keeping a person young and it reminds me of my brother-in-law and I, both of us are 71 and although we have slowed down we hope to ride forever. We wouldn't be comfortable on Grouse Ridge or Mister Toads Wild Ride but we still hit the trails 3-4 days a week. I enjoy your videos and look forward to each and every one. Thanks George and Don.

Awesome adventure ride. Getting out on your bike and exploring is the essence of mountain biking. I go hiking for a change of pace from riding and I have a couple of observations when sharing the trail. 1) When I have a heavy backpack, I'm not very agile and I can't get out of the way very quickly. 2) When I'm hiking I get into the zone, so riders can come up upon me very quickly and I don't always hear them coming. The point is, give hikers plenty of time & space to move to the side of the trail. No problem with how BK & Aaron shared the trail with hikers, but something for all riders to keep in mind. In my experience, most hikers have no problem with sharing the trail too.

Totally agree with you guys that this keeps you young. I think being out having a blast on a bike is one of those feelings that takes you right back to being a kid. We all rode bikes as kids, most adults just forget how fun it is at some point. I think coming back to it really does make you feel like a big kid again.

Hi Brian I know I haven't commented lately but have watched all your videos mainly on the TV which makes it harder to comment but gives a stunning picture. So I was talking with the guys on a local MTB forum about a route in Cable, WI. It's probably 30+ miles of trail riding but no serious elevation but the firts 8 Mike's are janky rock sections. They thought I was crazy. I rode most of it last year before my derailleur broke 20 miles into the ride.
