Love morels! I higly recommend, if you haven't tried it yet, to make a cream of morel and sweetbreads soup. Delicious!

Do you go to mountain to morel in nc?

I have never tried heading out to the mountains to look for morels. I do hear good things about the morel season in the western parts of the state though! I have had some limited luck finding morels in Raleigh.

@@glieseonlife that’s nice! I enjoy your content and keep up! Man, I have no luck finding morel in Raleigh, period. I ran into other stuff like bolete, ear mushroom, oysters and chicken of the wood that’s pretty much it!
