Cool Pam! Wondering if the flour without any heat to “cook it” like we do with sauces gave it a bit of a raw doughy taste/feeling?

Just thickened it I’d say, wouldn’t have called it doughy. The seeds really do pack a lot of flavor!

They grow readily around my yard so I haven't tried to propagate them, but I think a handful of the seeds is all you would need. ;)
