Foraging on the Oregon Coast: Gaper Clam Digging in Netarts Bay

Foraging and digging for Gaper Clams during low tide in the Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast, it's hard work but very rewarding.
Next time we'll bring a better shovel to help with the digging.

Yo be careful digging with bare hands, there are tons of sharp objects especially shells in the dirt, use clam shovel or a good garden trowel from Fred Myers.
