To the KZbin commentators: If an entrepreneur wants to celebrate his Blackness, let him! I will forever applaud MY Blackness & Gayness. It doesn’t devalue me as a business man in Beverly Hills; it solidifies my status in life as the 2nd African American to qualify as a Regulation A+ Tier II via Gilmore Homes-Gilmore Loans, LLC to raise up to $50M in equity via selling Class A Shares. Then Covid-19 hit destroying my fundraising and company. Now I’m homeless living in my Mercedes😂 but I work and run my companies in Beverly Hills juxtaposed the 1st Black to run a Jewish company out of 800 former employees although the company small now from being a multimillion dollar company. I wonder what kind of securities he’s offering. He never said. It appears he’s soliciting accredited investors for $25,000 minimum.
