A Superior Court Judge should review the data on the money spending and get him out. Why hasn't this been done? Every city has a city attorney it's for liability on the city. Whoever the city attorney is for Chicago can bring this problem to a court case. Citizens of Chicago find the attorneys office and camp out in the lobby. Get you some results.
