I cut alcohol, caffeine, soda, fast food, went from 185lbs and miserable to 145lbs and energetic, back pain and general pain diminished, my arthritis improved, I basically eat grilled meat and vegetables, fruits, nuts, local honey is a treat, I realized how people traded health for convenience. When I first got, it was only this 2023-2024 winter. I came home from a trip, no symptoms like leaky nose or sore throat. Nothing. Next day I noticed that my lungs already damaged and one or even two days later it knocked me out into shitty battle with that crap. Never, in my entire life I had a virus that went straight for the lungs ingoring everything else and my immune system didn't recognize it until it's already had fun. During recovery I had no sore throat or leaky noose at ALL. ZERO. Only coughing for couple of weeks and fried smell receptors for a month and a half (that's how I knew it was Covid). I had crappy smell that I thought was my sweat and was obsessevly cleaning my bed and myself.... and it was just paronosmia or whatever it is called. I even had to puke from all prescribed drugs one morning. It's not really fun. I miss simple cold or chicken pox that helps you skip the school. But here we are.... making bioweapons that can wipe us all out even madmans who make it just cause.... money.....
