MAGA member here. Speaker Johnson, I couldn't disagree with you more on the legalization of medically assisted death. I'm 73, I don't fear death but I fear protracted pain - through which I watched many of my family suffer, even with all the emoluments modern medicine has to offer. If faced with lasting pain and no hope of recovery, I would hope modern medicine would give me the same grace that I've given so many beloved dogs over the years. There's a world of difference between prolonging life and prolonging death - the two should NEVER be confused. Therein lies Real Humanity.

I so agree with you. Both of my parents had dementia and suffered up to their last days. I refuse to be put on a ventilator and tube fed! . Good for the UK!
