The reason why the manifesto is important is because it attributes a motive to the shooter. By understanding how and why she did this, we can stop future incidents. She was brainwashed to hate by the media, that's why it was covered up. If they really wanted to protect the families from more trauma, then they should not have released the video of the shootings. He's on point! Since that terrible event happened in Nashville, TN, there have unfortunately been other similar events in which the writings of the perpetrator have been released. I understand that the school in question in Nashville is concerned that the layout of the school is included in the shooter's manifesto, and for that reason, they're trying to block the release of this information. That said, I think such specific information can be redacted and that the bulk of the manifesto should be released. IF the shooter's writings reflect poorly on a certain miniscule portion of the overall population, oh well...
