How about doing something about the insurance crisis crippling most Florida residents?

He will. He’s called a special legislative session for some time in December to address just that.

Insurance bills are crippling most Americans. Say, did Ron desantis support the ACA or has he crippled it in your state the same way the ACA has been crippled by the politicians in my own state? Prior to the ACA push republicans had been talking on the floors of the Houses about needing to get insurance in check via a public option, only to flip flop as soon as Obama talked about the same thing. Prior to the Clinton admin, republicans were also saying on the floor they were concerned about health insurance and wanted an public option. I’ve been a Republican voter, but damn if I didn’t want to take a baseball bat to create a whole bunch of new sick/disabled people from those that about-faced for sake of putting political power plays over the safety and future of the sick and disabled.

@@bobroberts2581 from what I can tell the problem in Florida is all the insurance companies leaving the state because of having to make payouts. Insurance companies need to understand that they're not going to get the same profit percentages in every state. States like California and Florida where natural disasters are commonplace, are going to have higher payouts. These companies just can't accept anything less than 100% profit.

Thank you to the future POTUS from here in Jacksonville. We are all so lucky to have someone that will actually stand and do good for his state. Not just stand and talk blank words.

This is indicative what could follow for nation, if govt would continue good example, and consistently, methodically reduce inflation and natl debt by some per cent each yr? But this would, likely,. run counter to control by financial elites, and Chinese, of nation and ordinary citizens?

He's just winning political points. He was a staunch anti-covid policy politician so he needs to bash examples of it going too far to point out how great his policies are in comparison.

Thank you Ron DeSantis for all you have done for Florida and America. My best advice as your admirer and possible voting person for you is to stay in Florida and continue growing Florida and help President Trump be our President again. Then, after his term you will be the president. It is better slow and secure than run and sorry.
