@@82saw3 I think the criminal thugs who ran the Land Grab operation are continuing on with their various evil means, to now Proceed to steal the Land by delaying people until they're at the point of bankruptcy and the banks take the Properties back, stonewalling people, not answering people's questions about how to rebuild, making the permits extremely expensive, purposely putting the expensive Oceanfront properties into special Management areas so businesses and homeowners cannot rebuild (another type of Theft , having the planning department closed 24/7 and officials Not giving the homeowners guidance on what to do! now that's what I call a land grab ! Where is the needed Traffic Study which examines Lahainas existing emergency evacuation routes and exits? Lahaina needs a safer emergency evacuation Plan! what about Lahainas 3 major schools that have extremely problematic emergency evacuation issues? what about the extension of the Lahaina Bypass? If you are building lots of housing, then you need to also examine the need for Proper roads and evacuation escape routes! what about this? Where is Lahainas Evacuation Plan! 0r are we accepting deady chain reaction Gridlock again with People unable to evacuate again? and more dead? 😢 where are your Planners?
