But senator Paul was arguing for a bill to be passed that reallocated funds from the green new deal to be given to north Carolina and other affected areas when they know dems in the senate would not let it pass right now? Why can’t they just pass a bill that will give money to the affected areas that is bi partisan so people in these areas get what they need?
