What people don't understand is exactly that, that he's not the one running the country. He is just a puppet, and Harris and everyone else are the ones that make the decisions for him and he just says "ok". He's not capable of thinking hard about any decisions, he just agrees with whatever they say to him. So I don't understand why people worry about his mental state. It's not like he's gonna wake up one night and go in his pajamas and a glass of milk and cookie and push the button that will launch 100 nuclear missions on his own and say "look, fireworks!". He's being "monitored" very well. The only thing they can't control is when he's losing it on live broadcast. Other than that, there's nothing to worry about. He's a President like all the others, the only difference is that comparing to all the others, he makes no decisions on his own. And you know what? Bush Jr. wasn't much different. Cheney was running the country, not him. But when it comes to Obama of Trump, and especially Trump, yes, they were the bosses. Now, having said that, even if he's just a puppet President letting others taking the decisions for him, no, it's not good when he's onstage and he stares to nowhere and talks incoherently. It's not a good thing when a nation's leader is like that.

I'm an Independent and have to say that Biden didn't have a strong moment at any point during the debate. He also lied during his remarks, at times was incoherent, used profanity 3x, called his opponent names, and looked off into the distance several times. Additionally, just observing Biden over the last couple of years supports that his performance during the debate is not a newly developed condition.
