In the Senate the voting was 50 yes by the Democrat, 50 no by the Republicans - tiebreaker was the VP voted to break the tie. In the House, 220 democrats=yes, 207 Republicans=No. Not a single Republican voted yes. If you voted Democratic in 2020 to 2022, then you voted to for this.

Well that explains how we got to 30 trillion in debt. Instead of the government paying its bills it gives the money to agencies like the EPA who splits it up between different lobbyists so they can go explain to the government why it's important to pay specific bills first. That would be like taking your paycheck and instead of paying bills you give it to your wife. Your wife also instead of paying bills then takes a cut as payment for her work in deciding how much to give each of your children. Now each of your children instead of paying bills they take all the money they received as payment for their work in trying to convince you which bills to pay first.
