I got my eye on the solar powered Aptera. Free miles every day the sun’s out, and at least twice as efficient as a normal electric car. (Which means the the battery, the most expensive part, will get you the same range at half the size.) Genius American ingenuity. Only a two seater though, but lots of storage space, so good for a single guy like me. Should be in the same price range of a Honda Accord or something, not sure that’s been locked down. Exciting to watch the progress on it.

I am on Social Security and only get $1500.00 a month, my rent is $800.00 so it takes over half of my check, I can't afford to buy much food and can't get food stamps like the illegals. I have not turned my heat on, I can't afford it. Life is hard for me. I have other bills to pay and I have to pay a late fee because I can't afford to pay them every month. I worked all of my life, I worked at Zippo Lighters for 23 years, and I got sick the last 2 years, not knowing they take your S.S. for the last 5 years. So I got screwed. And there is no help for me. My only criticism of the post is the word "former", the leadership qualities of a Marine seem to last a lifetime..... Looking back on a long career in business and teaching at the grad school level the scarcest skill is leadership ... From other folks I have learned that those who grew up in families with drug addicted parents often have more highly developed social skills and finally those who blossom in school have intellect. Vance was a huge critic of Trump and is now his running mate, totally killing it. I think that says a lot about Trump, listening to the smart people around him, suggesting and urging him to pick Vance as a running mate. He's not too proud and is open and willing to take advice and I applaud him for that.
