I spent years in the U.S. military both Active, Reserve and Reserve on active duty and it seems to me that most Officers (especially the higher ups) are "middle-of-the -road" or lefties and San Fran-friendly. You do realize that people can disagree with laws while upholding them ya? I don't even like open borders and know that's not necessarily a contradiction. Unless they explicitly broke their oaths by doing something illegal, holding an opinion contrary to the popular belief is not a crime, regardless of if it's right or wrong. That is the first amendment after all.
