Pack the court? Supreme Court Justices are acceptably refered to as conservative or liberal. That's a problem. Judges are judges and their rulings should not reflect a liberal interpretation. Judges with liberal interpretation rulings are in decent of the intent of the law and therefore continued decention would be grounds for removal from the bench. How does one justify a liberal interpretation? Law or liberal guidelines that can't be enforced?

At least POTUS is term limited to a maximum of 2 4-year terms. Congressmen and Senators have to stand for re-election at the end of each term. The problem is only with the Judiciary. They are appointed to a lifetime seat unless they retire, die, or are impeached. The impeachment process is so difficult that only one Governor, fourteen judges, and a smattering of others have ever been removed from office by this process.
