OHHHHH, Look at the woman standing behind his left shoulder, she looks scared. So we are to believe this "software update" was an "accident"? I'm no "I.T. guy" but I'm pretty sure the update telling things to shut down had to be written that way...LOL I wonder if "NY Technology will do all it can..." is the same as "NYPD is doing all they can..."
