Replay the speech and listen to the list of things in the border bill that was asked for and approved by Republicans, then blocked from being passed because Trump wants to use the border problem to run on, regardless of how it negatively affects citizens. Biden is pushing a solution, Republicans won't allow it.

He said the border bill recently negotiated was to 1) add 1600 more border patrol, 2) install detectors to catch more Americans bringing fentanyl across the border 3) install heat detector equipment to pick up people before arriving to border 4) processing people in the country quickly to deter more people from coming if they know they can't stay here many years before being processed. 5) more judges and lawyers at border to rule quickly as to deportation or admittance
