I have none of the options/effects at the bottom of the xy pad, and no obvious ways to add new ones. I'm using the 3.1.3 update. I've not used any before this as I'm new. Anyone got any ideas about this? I can change the pad effect but not in lanes. It can only seem to have one singular function. Most of everything he has on his screen doesn't appear on mine. There's nothing at the bottom.

@@JimHast Hi Jim. He's not editing the xy pad from menu/xy pad. He's doing it via menu/knobs/xyfx (you'll see xyfx at the bottom of the 'knobs' screen).

Are you serious? This is also an insane feature!! For performance very helpful. I used to work with glorified and mystified samplers but these improvements/possibilities let them look outdated.

Where you do yours performance Düring Covid-19? Illegal parties? Important for now ist streaming in Internet. The big VJ and DJ go for streaming hardware like Atem Mini Pro ISO and Akai hardware Like this and APC can do it. But Most need more Help to set it Up.

If I record live, it's always in my own room, so no change for me during covid-19 :-) It's amazing how far music technology has developed: Didn't know the Atem mini (pro), amazing tool! The Akai Force has become so mighty with all it's possibilities. The best is, you can choose which way you want to use it. Is it a sampler? Yes but more... Is it a Synthesizer? Yes but more...epiano.... arranger... Midi sequencer for hardware Synthesizer... Multisamplecreator... Instrument... People do often want to find things that are not present in a specific tool instead of just making music with it. As Nik Tiriakis a very talented guy said about the force: you can see it as an instrument and that you should get all the potential out of it by practicing. KZbin tutorials like this one can help to succeed.

@@Mobiluks ich komme nicht von der Musik. Ich komme von der Videoproduktion. Das Projekt ist relativ einfach. Ich besitze ein 10 Meter Boot und wir wollen von Holland über Europas Flüsse bis nach Constanta und ins Donaudelta. Alle 50 Meter wird ein 360 Photo gemacht und die fast 4000 km durch 10 Staaten werden dokumentiert. Täglich sollen Livestreams gesendet werden das bedeutet die große Workstation ist an Board mit 4 k Monitor. Es gibt einige (auch bekanntere Musiker) die immer mal ein paar Tage mitfahren. Es geht also darum Live das einzufangen, mit DaVinchi Resolve zu bearbeiten und zu streamen. Das Boot macht 13km die Stunde und gegen die Strömung auf dem Rhein nur 3-5 km/h. Deswegen der APC40 und der Beatstep. Um Musik und Visual Effects mit zum Beispiel Resolume zu verbinden. Deswegen gibt es auch nen Beamer und eine Drohne, die als Leichtflugzeug registriert ist um die Drohnenauflagen in Europa besser zu handeln. Dafür brauche ich immer Leute, weil ich nicht gleichzeitig das Boot steuern kann und das Umfeld bedienen. Ab Wien wird alles zudem auf Solarantrieb umgestellt. Also muss das Stromverbrauch Konzept ja auch vorher gehandelt werden. DJ Software ist da schon leistungsfähiger als ein Atmos. Akai funktioniert aber die könnten wenn der Blick nicht nur auf Musik gerichtet ist einen riesigen Käuferkreis bekommen.

@@Mobiluks Boot war ein Seelenverkäufer 500.- Euro. Gibt es in Holland en Masse. Und vieles einfach selbst gemacht. Das Projekt ist seit vielen Jahren geplant. Dazu gehört Verzicht auf Auto und anderes... Vielleicht ergibt sich ein Sponsor. Bei geschätzten 80000 360 Fotos und immer wieder das Boot drauf in ganz Europa mit Werbeschriftzug kann das Interessant sein. Ich habe teilweise in Google Maps 2,5 Millionen Zugriffe auf einzelne Fotos im Jahr. Mein Channel ist so die Spielwiese zum Experimentieren und Nachmachen. Gerade ein Sounddesign mit Metallic Klängen gemacht. Die Files gibt es für Leute zum Download. Gerade für die 3D Maschinen Animation kam aus dem Militär von Russland eine Anfrage.... Hoffentlich bauen sie den Robot nicht in einen Panzer ein und merken dass er virtuell ist vorher.
