Your frustration is valid, force needs to deal with such customers from now onwards if they have to improve the service level, as till now Force use to sell commercial vehicle they dont expect such services, they come, drop their vehicle and again come to collect, also the Part's exchange, is due to ignorance, and low experience in customer feedback. actually, that class of customer don't even bother about giving feedback on service, whatever force said to you about the pickup drop service is true, and he willingly gave you that in writing also, which means it's the fault of a company not the the workers, company must learn from now onwards to deal and improve accordingly. But at this level ,inspite being scolded, people in force dint responded, you with any arguments wildly, as it happens in maruti They just ignore you with arogance both at same time. That's a sign of customer satisfaction approch from force, as I saw in video, out of video if they did anything, i mean i dont know that, if they did please let me know, and goodluck for your vehicle, would love to see more videos of you vlogs and offroad from now, On saturday I was in force showroom, I conveyed zonal manager about this issue, showed him the video, and he was also supporting you content, I requested him that please check in to this issue if he could, dont know how much helpful it would be. Told him from here onwards as urbania and gurkha had brought new class of customer to them hence force should learn their requirements and improve accordingly.

Bhai 6 lakh mein Gypsy bnwate first class.... 12 lakh bhi bach jaate aur mazze k mazze ... Saath mein parts ki tension nhi . 70-80k ki upgraded suspension krva lete fir bhi 11.20 lakh save krte. Say NO to Gurkha

I agree with your thought process but I still say that Gurkha is an excellent vehicle but the after-sale service needs to be improved

Bhai yeh gaadi pehle khaai mein giri, ab sabki nazaron se bhi gir gayi. DCV ne jo event kara usme track design Theek nahi thi. Isliye Sab gaadiyonka bahut nuksaan hua. Aapki is gutkha mein itni problems hai. Kabhibtheek nahi honge. Isko bechke ya toh jomny lo ya gypsy. Jo bhi lo offroading khud se karo. Jhund mein karoge toh log aapko thagenge bhi, aapki gaadi thukegi bhi aur nuksaan aap bharte rahoge. Aur aapki offroading skills aur knowledge nahi badhengi in logonke saath judke ulti pulti harkatein karne se.

hahahahaahah, are bhai DCV ne kya humme zabardasti bulaya tha? hum apni marzi se gaye they, these all problems are coming after that accident which happened in Sept 2022, the of roading stuff only helped us to show where the old problems are still lying like the battery was changed by the Force dealership and we came to know when it discharged completely during that event. baki aapka feedback positively taken, thanks for showing the love and support, keep supporting, Thanks

They dont have enough good and experienced mechanics to help on this vehicle, they think that the traveller mechanics can solve the Gurkha issues but this is not the case

Sahi me Rustam bhai..inki to le lo ....Karan bhai ne sahi kiya bilkul...hawa nikaal do inki...after all these pains I can say that Gurkha has shown a bad face and the ugly face of Force motors has uncovered...hats off to you KARAN G!...Faad ke rakh daala..fan ho gaya mai to ....I would not recommend anybody to buy Gurkha or any other force motor vehicles from now!

Yes they did after lots of requests. Nitesh Sharma GM sales is exceptionally very helpful and cooperative since starting.
