About the tension curve and force velocity issue:as i understand -when i want to lift something not very heavy then ,the moment i hold that not heavy thing in my hand the myofibrils attach to the actin and stay attached, but because the weight is light ,then not all of the muscle myofibrils are attached to the actin hence, it is easier lifting something light faster than lifting something heavy slowly? because there are more free myofibrils that can generate the speed required? also if we dont necesarrily lift something but rather look at the tension curve of the musle and then observe if we can generate speed when the muscle is fully stretched or fully contracted,is it the same principale as lifting somthing? thanks again for you answers
