I respect the fact that you are not afraid to come out and bluntly say that you can't afford your house. Way too many big money influencers try to hide the fact that they are underwater and end up becoming financially ruined permanently and not being able to keep up with the lifestyle they portray. It's refreshing to actually hear someone be honest and say that they can't afford something. Basically any vehicle in you garage except the Razor is more than my net worth. There is nothing to be ashamed of when you need money. You are doing the honorable thing by selling some of your assets instead of scheming up a way to take money from your fans to fund your house and business ventures.

James, I don't recommend getting a heated roof! there are cheaper alternatives like having strips of small pipes or logs which hold the snow and keep it from falling over! It's used all the time at my nearest ski resort! Or a second option is to get a snow rack, which is only at the end of the roof. Hope this helps you financially! We love you
