Not yet. Just met with a contractor who is going to clean out the main buildings and do all the landscaping to get it ready to list. Bid was $20k just to remove all the junk and clean everything up. Realtor is in a hurry to get it listed within a couple of weeks. Address is 5930 Hwy 95, Potlatch, ID 83855
