I watched this video. My fundamental question is - didn't Indians cross the border? So how did Chinese "choose" Ladakh if Indians crossed the border? Keep in mind that Modi explicitly said that Chinese did not cross the border. Viewing the released videos from China side revealed that Indians did cross the river (which is far into Chinese side) and confronted the Chinese. So it seems to me that Indians explicitly crossed the border to instigate the conflict, not Chinese "choose" a spot to outsmart the Indians. Looking into the geopolitical landscape at that time, China was engaged heavily with Trump on trade dispute and other areas, it does not make sense for China to open up a new front with India. Therefore it is logical to conclude that India is the one who "chose" to have a confrontation with China, riding on some Trump promises or riding on the situation that China might backdown again. So Indians, please speak with facts, not your self-indulgence. If you don't, your conclusion might lead to false conclusion. That happens quite often.

The actual clash point was in Indian side. Two years ago, this guy has said that China has changed the border. What happened? India was making a small bridge on Galwan river on its side for smooth patrolling. China was also making a much bigger bridge on its side. China objected this. As per agreement, no one carry a gun near LAC. So Chinese came with swords, knives rods. Chinese started breaking the bridge, India objected and clash started in the night. Many Indian got killed as Chinses were armed. Many Chinese troop were pushed in to the river and few died. Many were killed in had battle as Chinese cannot match Indian in hand battle. After losing 1967 battle China realized that it won't be like 1962 any more and made an agreement not to carry gun in LAC

I like to add one more statement. It has been proven, by the Russia Crisis, that India is a critical actor in geopolitical games. One of the main frustrations of US and Europe alliance against Russia is that both China and India support Russia in their oil and gas purchases. Because of the massive alternative Chinese and Indian markets, Russia has a huge advantage when dealing with Europe on gas and oil, resulting in US and European alliance faltering. Without India, the Russia + China Alliance against West will be relatively fragile. US has plenty of room to jeopardize the "line alliance" between Russia and China. But with India as the third party, a more stable "triangle" alliance is created, so US is much more difficult to collapse or nullify the effectiveness of the alliance. Of course this "triangle" alliance is short live and temporary. But it is critical at the moment and provides Russia the breathing room it needs to play out the hand against US and Europe alliance. So for my Indian friends, I want you to understand that China actually treats India very seriously, not for military security, but because India can be a massive stabilizing factor in geopolitical crisis when dealing with US/Russia/China. That is the main reason China usually holding back when there is conflict between China and India high up in the mountain around some barren rocks. China is not afraid of Indians there, but they are more concerned about the overall geopolitical impact. Again, China is not India's enemy. There is no real security concern. And China is fully aware that India is important for geopolitical issues. We just need to be clear about this when politicians flex their patriotic postures for political support.

They were trying appear "strong" to their voters, that's all. This is uncontested and not in dispute. Two, India has prided it'self with a policy of neutrality. Historically, this has allowed India to trade with autocratic nations and democratic nations. This is the new development. The world is being divided in autocratic and democratic blocs. This is a direct result of Russian invasion of Ukraine. Democratic nations are aligned, autocratic nations are fence sitting but waiting and aligning behind closed doors. India being outplayed by China is good analysis. China out played the world with world trade agreements. China gave all the signals of moving away from communism towards democracy. Now the world can see the Belt & Road initiative is a poverty trap. China is expanding across the globe and one of its strategic goals is to dominate India. Cleverly India is a full 1/4 partner in the Quad. Whilst this is about trade it is also about protecting trade routs. Eventually, India will have to make the choice and neutrality is not one of the choices.

All the signs are there. And then the only 'India' that will be left will be the primitive and backward Hindi-speaking belt, where the illiterate BJP can rule with the Chaiwala being appointed Leader for Life. The Hindi-speaking belt which is the power-base of BJP already has a per-capita income lower than most African countries. Once it becomes separate, then most people in those North Indian states will be starving. But I suppose you can be happy, because you will have your illiterate Chaiwala as your Leader for Life.

The report practically held the entire Indian civil and military leadership responsible for plunging India into a war it was not prepared for. ☝️The event took place 60 years ago. What lessons can we learn if that report is de-classified? 🤔

Pravin Sawhney raised some good points. But here's where the whole discussion baffles me. 1. Shouldn't India concentrate in building up its infrastructure first? Raising the standard of living of its people first? 2. All these talks about military, how India's military failed to rise in capability and technology, seems to be useless when the backbone of its military eg, communication, AI are not in place. 3. China is not a threat to India and never had been a threat. As to the disputed lands, it should be settled as did Russia with China - end of disputes. 4. Why India is itching, wanting to become a super power when India still needs to establish its strength in manufacturing and set its own supply chain down from materials to finish products. This is exactly what raised America to become a super power state. And this is also the reason why American can't bring China to its knees. 5. Development will always come first before military strengths to protect its interests. So when America sanctions India, India will NOT crumble under US pressure. 6. HOW CHINA OUTSMARTED INDIA? This I say is total BS. With China, there is planning, implementation, oversight of goals set by its leaders. The merits of socialist republic. Unlike the democratic system where the goals/ priorities change with every leader. There is always a competition between leaders, each promising better outcomes but never can one deliver. 7. India has now committed itself to America. It seems India is doomed to be another vassal state of US much like Japan, Australia, Canada, Germany and the likes. I can see no future for development in India. I guess India will have to leave BRICS as it does not want the YUEN as the trading currency of BRICS So, what's the objective of all your videos? Are they meant as an introduction to your books, an advertising perhaps? Or do you have a share of audience that listens to your analysis and can do something about current situation, or maybe change the mindset of your people? India is going down a dark path joining America.

All the categories listed above are not part of Indian Armed Forces...Forces have good soldiers to do the job and radars also have operators who are soldiers and the fact that somebody might think that radars don't work under clouds doesn't affect the efficiency of the operator or the equipment . All will do their jobs when the need arises

I am Chinese. Let me tell you exactly how Chinese feel about India. From Chinese perspective, they don't really consider Indians as enemy. They are at least 5 times more powerful in any measure. And most important of all, Chinese are high up in the mountains. They don't really worry about Indians coming up to the mountains to fight. Likewise, Chinese won't come down to the plain area to fight with billion Indians. So there is really no threat from both sides. Yes there are small conflicts along the border but that is because British drew some lines on the map and unilaterally claim it. And Indians somehow have the concept that whatever Brits claimed, Indians will claim. So even with border conflict over some barren rocks at the edge of the mountains, that is just small events having no fundamental consequences to the security of both nations. But from India government and media perspective, they WANT to create the "Scary Northern Dragon" narrative to keep Indians united. I am OK with these kind of political postures. But when Indians listen to this kind of narrative, please be clear about these Manufactured Fear and Anger. And keep in mind that they are mostly political postures. Don't just consume and react. Think for yourself. Have a nice day, my dear Indian neighbors. Have an open mind set. Relax! Chinese are not going after you or circling you. :)

Let me explain, your GDP(PPP) is around 23 trillion whereas ours is 11 trillion, and within one decade we will be closing the gap to around 1.5 times. Most of the ammunition and missiles we make are indigenous. Aircraft within one decade will be 90% indigenous in number with the advent of Tejas Mk2, AMCA, TEDBF, and GHATAK. All nuclear submarines are indigenous. Corvets, Destroyers, and Aircraft carriers all are too. Why I am going on a spree to emphasise the indigenous part? That is because all those weapons will be purchased in Indian Rupees so this more than 11 trillion economy is capable enough to bear. So those days of psyops are over now it's transparent. First of all, we do not consider China our enemy rather we would love to collaborate with China and steer this Asiatic region toward great economic prosperity but in our agreed terms which drive home by mutual respect and equal partnerships not saying that we are 5 times bigger that why you will be second to me until China realise that this hostility will continue. Remember we will never accept you as the sole leader of Asia, maybe in partnership with us, the sooner China realise that the better it is.
