You know I listened to this lying in bed before my open heart surgery. Here I was thriving in life, got into medical school, kicked ass and was the top 20% of my class. I was talking about marriage with my fiance. Then one day I got quite ill. Had to go through many medical tests and turned out I needed a new valve. Within a matter of one week, I was told I needed open heart surgery, my fiance decided to tell me, she needed "rest and needed to relax" as I have too many issues, including medical school and now health issues, and then I was told I needed to go on a medical leave. My life fell before my eyes. But not to sound like a cliche, it was this music on repeat that I held onto. The spirit of never giving up, continuing on. I went into surgery and told myself if I make it out alive, I will live the best possible life. I did, I lived on. What hit me most was what my surgeon told me after. He said, "You know man, a lot of shit happened to you, I get it, youre hurt, but let me tell you something, when I was bringing you back off of bypass in the surgery, I didnt need to put any medication in your heart, you were ready to go, you see, you have a very strong heart, it was beating on its own, when we warmed you up, so that should tell you something, your heart didnt leave you when others did, live on now, you have your heart on your side, you need nothing else". I dont think Ive cried as hard as I did then, but I knew then it was okay. I was alive, God got me through, he gave me a strong heart. Now I am back in medical school, and doing what I do best, straight A's, but now I may not have my ex fiance with me, but I am more apt to be kinder, nicer to people only because I know how it feels to be heart broken....live for yourself, live the best possible life you can and never ever give up....why because we all have a "Mickey that loves us".

I dedicate this beautiful piece of music and all my happiness that I had for 21 and a half years to my very beautiful friend tom who passed away in intensive care unit where I was lying also in a coma. I was in my coma for 9 weeks and tom was admitted 2 days after me also with chronic covid. Unfortunately he didn't make it but I did. I wish that it was me who didn't make it because I truly have died inside and my world will never be the same without him. God bless you tom and RIP I'm sorry that I'm here and you are gone. Even though I'm still lying flat on my back in hospital since February 1st 2021 I never ever stop crying and thinking about all the joy and happiness that you gave me and true friendship. I'm a shadowman tom since I lost you and I promise you that every week I will come to your grave once I get to walk again and leave this hospital. I'm truly lost tom and I'm truly devastated that you and mac and your mother all past away in January and February 2021 and lots of our other friends and family members too. Thankyou for always looking out for me and for always listening to my hopes and fears and for guiding me through my darkest moments. All the stars that I introduced you to are very upset and said that your smile was contagious and most of all tom you will never ever be forgotten you're still around. Thankyou from the very bottom of my broken heart 💔 I'm so very very broken and lost and I truly truly don't know who or what I am anymore. My health is in a bad place as i now have long covid damage to my lungs and Airways and i have a 5mm growth in my left lung and a 6mm growth in my right lung and am in a wheelchair as I can't walk and paralysed in my left arm. I suffer from fibrosis in my Airways and lungs and struggle with my swallowing and breathing problems. I'm due to go for a ct scan on my chest and lung function test on Thursday 21st July 2022 and Monday 25th July to see if my growths have grown also to test my lung and Airways functioning. I'm awaiting to see a ENT surgeon about my swallowing as my tongue and throat muscles are weak and drink and food particles are getting into my Airways and causing me to cough and choke at times and I am awaiting to be prescribed thickener for my drinks and soups to try to help me swallow better. But you know the worse thing? Everyone who promised everything to me have deserted me and I've never ever felt so alone and lonely and in a very dark place and lost. I'm truly truly a shadowman 👤 and the sun doesn't shine in my world anymore 😪 but anyway sorry to go on. Once again thank you for taking the time to read my story and for all your kind and reassuring words it truly means everything to me. Cuando estaba más chico me acuerdo cuando vi la primera y así sucesivamente , y todos estoy seguros que algunos no los ven como una película , creo que muchos pasan momentos memorables durante todas las partes , hoy llore viendo la última película de creed , y creo que la razón es porque uno también recuerda cosas , motivaciones la verdad no existirán películas así que te lleguen al corazón , ahora que estoy mayor comprendo muchas cosas .

Greetings from Medellin city, Colombia, Thanks for sharing this melody, when I listened by first time this melody it came to my mind the important people have passed away and are not with me anymore, I miss them so much, and I do think, I will see them again. Just in a few words life is a vain show and the most important is what we sow in others. sIlvester stallone has inspired many all around the world to move ahead in life, and I am one of those people, this man is one of the persons I would like to meet personally and thank him because his sufferings in this character has helped me to be stronger in moments of weakness.
