Ford 2000 Tractor Install Fuel Injectors

Ford 2000 Install Fuel Injectors. We have already prepped the engine for the fuel injectors. Everthing has to be clean in order to get a good seal. In this video I show how I install the fuel injectors. Don't use this video in lieu of instructions this is my first time.

I think you used the copper banjo bolt washers under the injector nuts, oops.

I have a Shibaura SD1840D. I heard these tractors are similar to Ford. Do you know if this is the same? I'm getting ready to remove my injectors and need to know about that washer.

what were the symptoms when those injectors went south?

The engine has not been run in several years. I wanted to squirt some Marvel mystery oil in the cylinders to lubricate the rings and cylinder walls. Before trying to start.

WRONG - you used the copper banjo bolt washers under the injector nuts! They go on the return fuel fittings!
