Nice little Video. I love those Ford Tractors and Equipment . I have a Ford 354 Ford 4 Row Planter never used sitting on my shed. It has semi notill attachment on it .The chains have never been hooked up. Had it 25+ yrs. Also have a 309 2 row used very little with markers. I like all Ford stuff but favor blue stuff.

It should have a clutch setup that disengages the drive when you raise it all the way up.

I spent many hours on a 951 just like that as a child.

Nice tractor! All stock, right colors, and NO CHROME STACK. That planter is kinda rare isn't, or not really.

Thanks!! The planter is somewhat rare around our part of the country. Only red one I've seen for sale. You see a blue one once in a while

ford9000puller A red 2 row was common around here. LOTS of these 8&9 series tractors too. Most 9s were Select-o-speed (coasting gears, ugh) most 8s were 5 speeds. Blue thousand series are hard to find here, and the world thousand series are pretty thin compared to late 60s early 70s. Not too many diesels in either early configuration. Now you hardly see them. Parades have 8Ns and Jubilees by the handful but these good old workers are absent.
