Thank you for this very impressive installation and excellent video documentation. My set-up is similar on my 2door base w/manual. The Rambler bar with the modular bumper just makes sense I did mount my connector plug and breakaway along side the sensor panel in the center bumper cutout but a very tight fit and I had to clear the radiator luvers. I used the RVI break system that the piston is mounted under the hoodwith the cable through the firewall. Looks like we had the exact idea on the mounting location for the vacuum box but my 2.3 uses the engine vacuum splice. I was afraid to attempt to wire both the towing harness with the tow (diodes) and since the Base Bronco come with incandescent taillights I just drilled out the additional bulb sockets to keep things seperate. I didn't get a chance to tow mine yet but you've given me the itch. You done good. 25:03 I hope you enjoy many new adventures with your outstanding retrofit that looks factory fit.

Thank You! I'm impressed that you were able to run a cable through the firewall to the brake pedal- it's a very hard to get to area if you don't have the Bronco up on a lift. I was also afraid of messing with the radiator active shutters and Adaptive Cruise Control radar module, and didn't want to drill new holes in the bumper. That's how I decided to mount the umbilical plug and breakaway where I did. Having the electric brake assist actually greatly simplified my install over what you had to do. However, do make sure to go through ALL the steps in the manual to put the transfer case into NEUTRAL TOW mode, even with a manual transmission, or you could end up with problems.
