Man, the shifts in tone and narrative in this series are quite spectacular. We were all out here cracking Ford jokes and watching League of Speed show a clean pair of heels and BAM. What a dramatic and potentially tragic end to the standard qualifying rounds. To be frank and morbid, I'm surprised there's anything left of League of Speed's head since he smashed into 3 surfaces roof-first. The next installment of KOTM is gonna have one hell of an opening, that's for sure.
