Ford E-250 with an unbelievable engine fault.

It's solved. I theorized that some of the spark energy that 'leaks' from the wires/distributor posts was being transferred into the harness disrupting the ignition signal so I rotated the distributor one cylinder position clockwise to get it's harness away from the body and cap. It's no longer effected by my hand or metal objects and the bad misfire under load is gone.
