At idle, detonation is felt along the body and the engine does not run smoothly! The forscan shows misfiring on all 4 cylinders, but worse on 1 and 3. sure. Take out all spark plug pressurized coolant system 21psi keep the pressure on 21 psi 5 to 6 hours and start scoping with mini camera in cylinders inside. If any coolant show engine garbage not repairable, need new engine. (do not try head gasket just waist money I went thru on that). that is a simple test. I think you already did spark plugs replacement and coils so maybe not that is a case. if not show coolant in cylinders, make sure the correct engine oil level with the factory recommended (5w30 synthetic blend). if its not help take off valve cover and start dig in deeper. Good luck. (otherwise importing used (regular not luxury) cars from US not a good thing this days. No maintenance 90% so after 50k miles all trash.🤣

If I go to Ford and get the ones for the 2.0 Ecoboost in the Escape or Edge, they are $100 or less but they have the part numbers CJ5Z-6256-C / CJ5Z-6C525-B.
