Thank you for this. :), your explanation and steps to take when attaching the can/hose to the ac line helped a lot. I have a 2003 exp with aux air. Used 5x12oz cans of R134a, and 2x3oz cans of PAG46 to recharge my AC that hasn't blown cold air in about two years. My last recharge at a service center lasted 2 to 3 years. It is blowing out much cooler now, around 55f at the vent when it's 85f-90f outside, previously it was blowing hot/exterior engine compartment temp air. It's still a little low on the pressure gauge, around 35 psi. I did see the sticker under the hood that called for 54oz r134a and I think it was 12 or 14oz of the oil. I'll probably pick up two more cans of the oil tomorrow and put that in and see if the pressure gauge reads closer to 40psi or whatever the chard on the hose packaging says for the gauge reading depending on ambient temp.

No, problem. I'm glad my video helped you out. Just be careful not to overcharge the system as it might damage the a/c compressor. On each a/c refrigerant can it should say "Equivalent to XXX R134a". I know that cans I'm using are equivalent to 0.450g which comes to around 16oz

Another detail -- the low side line of the system will have a larger diameter metal pipe than the high-side.
