Those tensioner gaskets, wow, glad you found the problem. In the heat I drink Pedialyte drink, it replenishes electrolytes , I've had some heat issues before, my Doctor got me using Pedialyte drink, it comes in different flavors at the grocery store or pharmacy. 4.6 three valve f150 an oddball , I liked the engine when I first saw them come through the dealer I worked for. though we never saw the same issues they were new! Nice catch 👍
