I honestly would love to see more of these towing applications. There’s a lot of us who tow a lot of weight, never off-road, and want the BEST ride quality when we are and aren’t towing. If you’ve got a video, I definitely missed it but would love to see it. Great work tho!

I went with an F250, Tremor, Full 5.5 Pintop, Star White, Black Appearance Package, Lariat with practically every single option, 37 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, and 18 inch gloss Black Innov8 G500s. I feel like the luckiest dude in the world. Watched a ton of these videos and owe my look to these CJC videos. Can’t wait to get my lights and steel bumpers done eventually.

Nice build. From the looks of the video, it still has about a 1 inch rake to the front which to me, that’s perfect. I want to level but not completely level if that makes sense 😂 I like the front to sit about an inch lower than the rear.

I love the looks of this truck! I have a 2022 F250 Tremor and just had the Carli 4.5 Pintop installed. It has the Carli Sway Bar and Radius Arms. I like the Method 605s. Can I run the 20×9, -12 offset or the 20×10's, -24 offset with 37's or 38's or will I need to do some trimming and/or a front bumber spacer?

Have you guys done any Carli builds with AEV's Fender flare kit to stuff 41" tires inside? Would be awesome to see in a vid.

It's doable with a caveat: AEV uses large bump stop drops to limit upward wheel travel and articulation to help clear 40s. Carli allows for full wheel travel, which means you need to modify the truck's firewall etc etc to give those giant 40" tires somewhere to go at full compression. Most people aren'y comfortable with that level of metal re-working on a new truck.

This is the exact wheel, tire, and suspension setup I'm wanting for my F350 Tremor also. Can you elaborate on the "extensive trimming" that was required? If I went with 35 inch tires and the 18" wheel with -12 offset would there still be trimming required?

If you get the 5.5 Carli Lift on 37s you max out your height at just under 7’2”. My truck fits in my garage and in the car wash. NO TRIMMING. Just an FYI.

Yes. I don’t like that Brodozer look. If you look at that other CJC video with the Black F350 that has the Vegas Golden Knights emblem. My truck has that exact same set up. You can see what your truck will look like if you go the same route. It’s so awesome. The ride is unreal!!

Not with a tremor package , it it was a non tremor I think it would require a 3.5”in or 4.5”in block to level it or have a slight rake. I’ve got a Tremor with the same setup minus the airbags and ended up putting a 4.5” block in the rear to get a little rake back.

Great video and beautiful truck. I have a question: What would be the benefit of paying for a Tremor package if only to remove those components and upgrade them? Is there something beneficial that remains from it in this build? I only ask because I am planning to purchase a Super Duty in the future. Thanks.

The suspension on the Tremor package isn't special (it's just coils that are the same height as 17-19 F-350s, F-350 leaf packs, and shocks with a Tremor sticker on them. The advantage of the Tremor package is essentially everything else that's included (lockers, trim, gearing, more waterproof electronics etc). Long story short, there's no loss when the stock suspension ends up in the scrap bin!

I want to order the 4.5 for my 22, I will stay within the requirements of the wheel offset so I don’t have to trim anything. I’m one of the few who likes the front valance that everyone wants to remove or trim. Do I have to trim the front plastic for a 37” tire?

On a 4.5" tire no trimming is needed for a 37 with the right wheel specs.

The sway bar is a direct fit for both trucks, but Carli has completely different front coils and different shock valving for gas and diesel trucks.

Do you happen to know what the height of the truck is now? My 2022 F-350 Tremor is right at 7 feet tall. I would be interested in a suspension upgrade, but don't want it to get any higher. Right now it has a ready lift on it with the tremor shocks when I bought it. Will probably have to come down to your shop, but was just curious.

Assuming both trucks are on 37s, roof height is 86” for the 5.5" and 84” for the level height system. The level height kit has a 60.5” bed rail height and the 4.5/5.5 system has a 62.5” bed rail height.

Both and it’s quite a bit!! I have the exact same truck in silver but the same setup. I have the 20x9 605 at -12mm and I’m running 37 x 12.50 Ridge’s. I can’t believe how much I had to keep trimming… IDK how they fit a 13.5” tire on that kit. Go with the 4.5” lift if you want it to fit easily no rubbing.

Like Joshua said, it takes a pretty solid amount of cutting. Nothing visible as it's all in the fender and we're good at hiding it, but you have to be willing to cut if you want to have wide wheels!

To fit 37s on a Super Duty, we typically recommend around 0 offset to +18 offset on a 8.5-9.5” wide wheel. For reference, 0 offset gives a slight poke, while +18 is flush with the fender flares on a Tremor package truck.

They fit just fine! On some wheel models you need to place the weights out of the line of the caliper, but that's easy enough for a good tire shop to handle.

I have these same wheels and hate them. That lip inside the wheel holds water/dirt and since I travel a lot of dirt roads they always look terrible.

If the front tires are going to rub at full stop it's a waste of money, especially if you're towing a trailer or 5th wheel/gooseneck. You need to be able to maneuver tight in both directions to get into RV campground sites and tires rubbing isn't good. It looks fantastic, but it doesn't sound practical. Additionally, the extra weight associated with the tires, suspension parts and air bags reduce your cargo capacity even more. That number never changes.

We like to start at 45 front and 40 rear for an empty truck, and then use the chalk line test to adjust from there!

For pounding pavement unloaded daily, I’ve settled on 40/37 cold with my 7.3 Tremor on 37” NRGs. Much improved. I am running D rated 17s, so 50PSI max…

@@scowell I haven’t experienced it with 3 Fords, but I’m not sure there’s been an “official fix” outside of the caster angles that CJC references often.

@@nettyville8736 If your front tires are crowned, as in haven't been rotated in a while, it can happen. There are many kits available... attaching a bracket to the front pumpkin that holds two dampers that directly attach to the tie rod... that's about a 700$ kit. To fully bullet-proof you should also change the caster (shims) and toe-in... many videos on here about that. I put the crowned tires on the back and installed two good used tires on front (folks getting rid of factory tires are my gold mine!). If you complain to Ford they just replace the stock damper with another one ('B' partnum)... if you get under there and look the damper is about as far away as you can get from the tie rod, where the action is. I can still feel some jiggle when hitting a bump at highway speed... so it's still somewhat prone to it. And... every time it death wobbles it will loosen stuff up more! Ford is not the only brand, I understand the other big boys have problems with it too.
