They actually have that but it's expensive, they break a lot and no real need for it because there are controls on both sides. Once you hook up the tow bridal to the winch put er in neutral you only need to move the steering wheel once or twice to center it so it pulls straight onto the bed. then put the wheelstraps on and roll er back up and drive away. It's just far more simple to have manual hydraulic levers.
