FORD FIESTA door problem / issue

FORD FIESTA rear back doors not open from both inside and outside

Great vid, used this guide to fix the passenger side door on my 2008 MK6 3 door Fiesta ST. Worked a charm! If you're careful enough you can get the smaller part off without damaging it by lifting slowly around the left hand side from above using a small flat head screwdriver. Once the door is open, remove the Philips screw on the side of the door, and you can place it back in and screw in to tighten once corrected 👍

Will this fix a loose handle that doesn't seem to spring back and allow the lock mechanism to reengage?

Thank you, this fixed my problem !! I have ordered a new cap for the door instead of screwing it back on.

Brilliant. That solved my problem. Hahahaha screw it back. It wont be neat. I got another cap frm a nearest car breaker. Also realised the cap can easily be glued back on.
