Had mine since just before Christmas, and done a similar 2k miles as yourself. Yes, as you comment elsewhere the ride, roadholding and general cornering ability elevate this car into a 5* category. I have owned a new CTR and i30N over the previous couple of years, both excellent cars.....this car matches and exceeds for the massive smile it puts on your face. An expensive Fiesta....yes, but oh so worth it. .....Alan

I have one pal. Love it.. got discount on mine due to it being a cancelled order . Have it for 4 months done approx 3k in it.. no issues. Puts smile on my face everytime I drive it .. haven't seen another one and they are limited. Nice video

What the ride like compared to the standard st?

Andrew Maple I don’t know unfortunately as I haven’t been in a Standard MK8 ST. The ride of the PE though is very good and not harsh over bumpy roads. Just feels as firm as you would expect from a hot hatch.

Hi James, thank you for your comment. I bet you can’t wait to take delivery, have you been given a date to pick it up? I’m loving mine although I’m not driving as much as I want at the moment for obvious reasons. I came from a BMW M140i which was seriously fast in a straight line. The PE though although not as quick has sublime handling and road holding that you can carry al lot of speed through the corners. @@Motor_Alchemist Should be a week or two. I've owned an M135i before and loved that. I just think 200hp in a hot hatch is a great amount of power for daily use. Dirt cheap to run too.
