Ford focus 1.0 ecoboost cylinder head installation & timing belt adjustment episode 3 #

Hello friends
On this video I am still working on ford focus 1.0 ecoboost engine 3cyl. As you know it cost much to buy a new engine and we don't know if the used engine will work good. So I make overhaul to this engine. I install cylinder head and make adjustment for the timing. I show my work for the People who will know about this engine and who will know about engine rebuild. My focus 1.0 ecoboost I plugged my other diagnostics scanner in and it says this fault is Power supply fuel pump Short circuit to positive or open Intermittent I ordered a low pressure fuel pump that will sort it i can start the car and rev it up but when let it idle car just dies and if i rev it it will stay running for a couple of minutes with accelerator keot pushed down a bit thanks for your info mate

تسلم يا مهندس. عندي سؤال اذا بتسمح. عندي نفس المحرك في سبارة فوكوس. وعنده مشكل أنه بتكون السيارة في الطريق حتى يتوقف المحرك. غيرت sensors حق camshaft حق الزيت و sensors حق camshafts position. وغيرت time belt كمان ولسة المشكل. في مساعدة لو أمكن؟ مشكور

You made me laugh with those plyers..,you don t need them as long as the gear on the crankshaft is loose....the timing belt is set on gears from right to left and that is it, great work though!!cheers!

If I make you laugh this is somthing positive, I put the pliers because I did'not loose the gear on camshafts. In all cases Thanks for watching.

Crankshaft Gears wrong way around? Flanges should be at the front?. Camshaft bearing cap torque?

اهلين معلم ب النسبة ل تركيب او عيار قشاط الصدر اول شي لازم يكون البستون رقم 1 ب النقط العليا TDC. ب النسبة ل عامود الكامات لازم يكون كامات الهوا و الحريق مقابل بعض يعني الصبابات ب الجهتين مسكرين. هلا انت فيك تطلع ع عامود الكامات في متل كامة مربعة الشكل و عليها كتابة نص الكتابه لازم يكون ل جهة فوق ب كلا الطرفين و على سوية واحدة

I’m installing my head tomorrow can I set timing without special tools? Also what’s the difference between injectors with blue seals and green seals

Hello friend You can make the timing without tools. First put the piston cyl 1 on TDC, the camshafts have text and this must be up on both, the crankshaft pulley has hole and there is hole on the timing belt cover to line it you can use 6 mm or 5 mm pin. When you tight the pulley be sure not to turn. You can use screwdriver to secure the flywheel. You should hold the pulley also but be careful not to damage it.

السلام عليكم ياريت لو عندك رقم جوال حاكيك صوت عالواتس انا بألمانيا وعندي مشكلة بنفس هاد المحرك السيارة وهي واقفة عم يرج المحرك و بس تمشي مافيها شي مأحلاها فحصنا الضغط تبع البستون طلع تمام المكانيكي حطلي زيت غلط و قشاط الصدر تفتت بالسيارة هاد يلي خلانا نفتحر المحرك و صارت مكلفتني 2700 يورو وما تصلحت
