in this video I will be working on the Ford Focus Mk2 1.6 petrol 2007. and I will be removing and replacing the coolant top up header tank because it has been leaking and I've found hairline cracks in the plastic tank.

This happened with my 2010 focus. I replaced the tank in August but its now happened again 11th November. This time I'm replacing with a genuine Ford part I think it's worth the £29 as I fitted a cheap one last time which didn't last long.

Do these not need pressure filled etc? I presume to bleed the system you can just run it with the cap off to bleed?

Hi Martyn. Still got the insignia just got back from Wales in it. Monday's insignia video will explain what was going on with the bottom end inside the Sump. 👍.
