If you want to get rid of the annoying sound when there's no music playing, add something like this to the power wires of the Bluetooth device... dc to dc power module converter B1212S-2W

Great video Rob, Does yours work when making and receiving phone calls..? I fitted this kit on my mk2.5 but never been able to get it to work with calls... (been paired etc)

Yes, mine does seem to work fine for calls. The audio quality isn't the greatest but people seem to be able to understand me ok. Silly question, but if you go into your Bluetooth settings on your phone, is the setting for Phone Calls enabled? I've been caught out by that one in the past.

Not sure what you mean mate? The USB ports don't connect with the radio, they are for charging only.

Can you help me with an aux I put please 😭 I have the same button for aux but no input thank you
@RobGMyMX53 ай бұрын
The aux input was only fitted on certain models, but all the radios have an aux button, so it's quite common to have the button but no input unfortunately. If you don't want to go through all the steps in the video, you could get something like this instead: amzn.eu/d/06OoluVB You'll still need to remove the radio to plug this into the back though.
