I bought the freestyle diesel.. what an amazing car.. I couldn’t have asked for anything better at 9lakhs on road(Bangalore). Titanium.. its loaded with useful features and the engine is by far the best in the segment or may be a segment higher.. absolutely in love with the car.. Black colour is surely a head turner. The driving dynamics are awesome. Despite higher ground clearance body roll is very well contained. Cabin space is very good. Only downside is the diesel clutch, which is quite heavy for bumper to bumper traffic. Otherwise the build quality and the safety features are top notch..it also gives hill hold assist, which no other car offers in this segment. It becomes so easy to ascend on inclined roads. Truly for the free spirited.

Each person needs a car which suits his taste. I personally likes i20 because I need that premium feel inside the car. Yes, Freestyle has all the safety features and build quality but for me, the dashboard is pretty dull. The touchscreen display and the lighting inside the cabin is also very average. In general, the comfort level of Freestyle is lagging way behind i20. Nevertheless it's a great car in all other departments and should be respected most among all cars in this segment.

I bought the Titanium plus diesel! Took the time to drive all the cars in this segment. Didnt like any of them (in my opinion) many of these cars either had super noisy engines or quality control issues or boring dashboards. This 1.5 diesel engine is the most refined of them all! Iam a bit of a tech geek so the sync 3 system caught my fancy. Its easily the most sophisticated infotainment systems in this segment, haven't seen anything close to this in another car. Comes with tons of safety and practical features like 6 air bags, abs as standard, hill assist, traction control, auto head lamps, rain sensing wipers and roof rails that can carry up to 50kgs of weight. The sound system is way beyond what I had expected. Its insane! Super crisp with some punchy bass! The only downside to it is that it does not come with an engine under belly cover and projector head lamps but Iam just teething about these things.. It's available as an add on so you can add these later. Last but not the least is that it's super fuel efficient. Its amazing! Can't say enough! Cheers! :)

elliastk black looks awesome. Nothing like black.. it gives a more beefed up look..but the downside is maintaining it. It gets dirty quite fast.. if you can clean it regularly black is the colour to go for. No other colour looks as great as black on this car.

I'm glad that you have declared Ford Freestyle as the winner, because going through the video was making me feel you will give the crown to the i20. Another thing, I understand it's not possible to cover all details of '3' cars in a single video, but when you say i20's diesel engine is best, you could have compared the facts like body to weight ratio of all three diesel mills..I'm saying this because Ford Freestyle has the same 1.5ltr diesel engine that powers the much heavier EcoSport.. I loved this video very much, no one has done it yet :)

Will like to add one point. i.e the level of touch screen. The touch screen of freestyle is fitted at the height of the steering, which helps to use it more easily by the driver. Where as in other cars it is fitted below the level of steering. This feature helps the driver to use it without moving his views from road while driving. Whereas in other cars the driver need to look down from the dashboard to operate the touchscreen. This makes the freestyle more driver friendly. #Proud owner of freestyle.

It is the safest car under 10 lakh, lots of safety features like ESP, Traction control, hill launch assist etc etc. Driving dynamics are good... Build quality is better than the other two.
