I'm having the same problems with a volvo s40 2.0d and have got down to it being the ecm. After going through loads of possible problems. I'm going to check injectors as I have to sorts on my ecm for 2 and 4 also no 5v signal being received on vida but signal is getting to pins at ecm🤯 I may need your services as I think the ecm maybe to far gone. Love watching you videos they are great keep it up

Hi. Why did you reflash it. Maybe the problem was with this moisture and some kind of short circuit at pads in this flash? I'm only asking because i'm trying to understand what was this flashing for.

Maxisys cannot do reflashes on fords. Just codings and relearn

@@LMAutoRepairs I have change throttle body possible. Sensor .accelerator pedal. Which interestingly made the car idle correctly for 60 seconds. Checked injectors and changed coil pack . Pp2000 gives codes permanent fault fan relay control unit high and low speed low power
