Ford Mazda headlight bulb replacement - E2000

How to replace an H4 Headlight bulb in a Mazda E2000 (Ford) van.
This method applies to long wheelbase vehicles only. Short wheel base requires a different method.
A screwdriver is required and a long life globe is recommended as this process is very time consuming. Supercheap Auto long life bulb used to match original bulb color

Good Vid, Any idea how i get to pipe at rear of windscreen washer. have tried thin wire but cant clear the blockage
