Another awesome video Chazz, such great camera work, almost felt like I was undoing the bolts with you. Really good explanation of each step and what you were doing too. First class buddy. I have a mk3 estate Titanium X 2.2 tdci which I cannot bear to part with. She’s done 205k miles and I hugely enjoy keeping her going fixing all her foibles. large stainless steel penny washers does the trick chazz to take up the hole on heat shields

Locking star washers I fitted on my heat shield only about 6 pound for 10

Great work mate , is there anyway to do this without removing the fuel lines from the top and cutting the metal? Can the pipes be disconnected from under the car when lowering the tank

Access from the top to the tank and pump is extremely badly designed in the Mondeo, what was the harm in making a bigger opening? Regards to you, well done!
